Resource Coaches meet-one-on-one to help individuals and families formulate, connect and navigate resources through Wellspring and other community partners.

Support Services

Wellspring Center offers a variety of mental health and addiction related groups to help care for and support individuals, teens and their families.

Care Teams

A trained team of volunteers who wraparound participants providing an extra layer of care and resources for those going through Wellspring support groups.

ABOUT US

Our Mission

The Wellspring Center’s mission is to provide a holistic or whole person approach to care for individuals struggling with mental health and addiction related issues. The heart of our team is to help individuals and families find support, renewed hope and physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational stability through a grace filled environment. Many will discover the steps needed to lead a productive, joy filled and purpose filled lives.

Who we are

We are a network of caring and compassionate individuals who are committed to the care and support of anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD, addiction, suicide and their families.

 

We believe through a partnership with medical and clinical relationships from our community when needed, we can better tend to our neighbors emotional, spiritual and relational needs. This whole person approach will assist participants to thrive by giving hope through medical intervention, education, peer support, and strong spiritual connections.

What we offer

We offer guidance, direction, instruction and support as we walk alongside those in need of mental health and addiction related recovery. We offer a variety of community and faith based resources and services to meet the needs of individuals and families.

FAMILY GRACE

 

Family Grace

A peer-led group that helps individuals care for themselves as they care for those living with a mental health difficulty or disorder (i.e., Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, etc.).

 

Meets Tuesdays 6:30 pm. Ongoing, anyone can step in at any time.

LIVING GRACE

Living Grace

A peer-led group that helps individuals care for the “whole person” the Physical, Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual needs.  For those living with a mental health difficulty or disorder. 

 

Meets Tuesdays 6:30 pm.  Ongoing, anyone can step in at any time. 

BREAKING THE CHAINS OF TRAUMA

Breaking the Chains of Trauma (Men's & Women's Groups)

An 8-week, peer-led group for trauma-related issues.  Trauma can pose some of the greatest stumbling blocks to recovery for offenders, mental health clients, substance abusers, and individuals struggling with day-to-day responsibilities. 

 

Tuesdays 6:30 pm, begins February 7th.  Ongoing, anyone can step in at any time. 

GRIEF SHARE

 

Grief Share

A support group designed to help and give encouragement to rebuild your life after the death of a loved one.  We know it hurts and we want to help. 

 

Begins Tuesday, February 7th at 6:15pm.

DIVORCE CARE

Divorce Care

A support group that guides participants on the path of recovery after separation or divorce.  You’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making. 

 

Meets Tuesdays 6:30 pm.  Begins February 7th. 

RECOVERY AND RENEWAL

Recovery and Renewal

This co-ed addiction recovery group for both men and women utilizes an evidence/faith-based curriculum led by a licensed professional.  Together the group will journey through a structured but grace-oriented process, that provides practical guidelines, skills, and tools that support a healthy lifestyle free from addiction. 

 

Meets Tuesdays 6:30 pm.  Begins February 7th.

LIFES HEALING CHOICES

Life’s Healing Choices (Men’s and Women's Groups)

A resource tied to Celebrate Recovery offers happiness and healing through eight choices that lead to transformation.  This group study will help you overcome any hurts, habits, or hang-ups!  Tuesdays at 6:30pm, begins February 7th, 8 weeks.

DIVORCE CARE KIDS

 

Divorce Care for Kids

This is designed for 5-12 year olds.  DC4K is a safe, fun place where your children can learn skills that will help them heal.  The group blends games, music, stories, videos and discussion to help kids process the divorce and move forward.  Tuesdays 6:30 pm.  Begins February 7th.  Open for kids to step in any time. 

REDEFINE GRACE

Redefine Grace (Ages 13-17)

This is a small group for 13-17 year olds providing simple, innovative and mental health solutions and community support for students.  This group helps our youth care for their “whole person”.  Physical, Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual needs.  Begins Tuesday, January 17th at 6:30 pm. 

POWER UP

Power Up

A 10-week program for 9-12 year olds to help them overcome life challenges through the power of God.  We will cover topics such as anxiety, depression, anger, feeling overwhelmed and dealing with grief and hardships.  We learn how God can turn our trouble into triumph.  Each week we will use scripture, modern stories, activities, games, crafts, conversation and prayer to help us grow through our challenges.  Each week the participants will be given a weekly challenge to do at home and parents will receive information sheets as well.  Begins Tuesday, January 17th at 6:30 pm.
