Legacy

Legacy is a 9-week initiative for women (the female equivalent to the men’s Fight Club ministry).

 

We declare: “We are to be the women God created us to be: strong, nurturing, obedient, compassionate, and loving. To remember we are not perfect and were not created to be…because our God is! This is our Legacy.”

 

Legacy is for women, by women, to grow women in Christ Jesus with four main focuses: mental, relational, nutritional/physical, & spiritual health.

 

Legacy is a journey designed to help women grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically — all within a supportive, Christ-centered community. Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, this season promises meaningful connection, personal growth, and encouragement every step of the way.

 

Each week, you’ll be invited into simple but powerful challenges that focus on five key areas of wellness.  Here is an example:

  • Nutritional – Build healthy habits like drinking more water or making mindful food choices.
  • Physical – Commit to 20 minutes of movement, 3 days a week.
  • Relational – Be more present with each other and loved ones (like putting the phone away at home).
  • Emotional/Mental – Read a chapter from Fervent by Priscilla Shirer and reflect on its impact.
  • Spiritual – Meditate on and memorize a weekly Bible verse, and spend time in daily Scripture reading.

You won’t be doing this alone — we’ll walk through it together as a team, encouraging one another and celebrating progress along the way.
